- PhD in social sciences or equivalent;
- Academic teaching experience
- Proven research record in the field of vocational training ;
- Links with national and international networks in the field of vocational training
- Ability to attract external funding
- Excellent writing skills in English
- Ability to teach in French within two years of hiring
